Not really, I just eat when I'm hungry. Often I really don't feel like eating when I wake up. However I've lost 18 kilos over the last 6 months or so, I used to eat a lot when I was bored, but I also ate shit food and didn't exercise. Losing weight is a lifestyle choice, like Cow said, even if you just fasted or ate almost nothing for a few weeks, keeping that off would be extremely difficult. I lost it by setting a diet and eating 3 meals a day, and only snacking on fruit. Although I don't follow the diet anymore, I'm keeping it off because I only eat when I'm hungry.
