Do you ever feel guilty if ...?

Do you ever feel guilty if you reply to a post that has a poll, but don't actually vote in the poll they have presented above?
I've found I've done this numerous times and I feel kind of guilty because statistically I'm not giving the OP my opinion apart from a block of text. I feel this probably defeats the purpose of having said poll, and I sort of feel dirty.
Do you escapists ever do this, or do you think I'm reading way too far into the whole concept of poll voting?

I feel guilty about the inverse; voting in the poll without contributing meaningfully to the discussion.

If i'm going to post then i have an opinion thus i choose one on the poll. Sometimes the poll is missing an option... i usually point it out and wait for it to be added.

I have never done this so I do not know. I have the opposite problum where i vote in the pole but do not wright a response.

That's purely why I didn't have a poll, haha.
Plus there's so many polls around. I don't know about you Escapists, but I'm pretty sick of them.

If anything, I'll vote without leaving a reply. Though, this usually seems to sum of the minimum of my actions:

If none of the options work for me, I tend not to want to reply.

It's the opposite for me. But i only feel guilty sometimes.

I almost never vote in polls that I post in, so no, I don't. My posts will offer more discussion/food for thought for others than casting an anonymous vote will.

I never really bother with the poll.

Chances are, none of the options represent me and are there simply to confirm the OP's opinion.
