Could be.
I just find Flatout 2 to be too arcade, come on rally cars and tuned slamming and burning and everything .D
Ahh, see Ilike the arcadey style of play. Doesn't make it any easier, though. They get damn hard...

The "Monkey Island" series, especially the first two games, are prime examples of this, and are games I never tire of.
Hell yes dude! I'm pissed off at myself for getting rid of Monkey Island that game was so freakin awesome.

Normally when I go to play and old game, I put it in, then after about 10 mins I start to get bored. This only happens on the not-so-great games.
What sucks is when I go to play Rainbow Six Vegas (first or second) is that even if I feel like playing it, I just get extremely bored after about 10 mins, and I start thinking "Why did I put this in?"
Really sucks cause I love those games. As for the great classics like Halo and KoToR, I'll play those for a while.

Have just finished KoToR and I am currently playing through Jade Empire.

Others that I just can't seem to stop playing include: Fallout 1&2, Divine Divinity, Beyond Divinity, Sacred Plus, Diablo 1 & 2. Also like to fire up Postal 2 or something from the Half Life series for a change of pace

Depends on 2 factors.

A - If time permits, at it is scarce these days
B - If there is no other games to play

I've found myself running though FFIX a few times for the sole reason that I have nothing better to do in previous years. However games like metroid fusion is short, sweet and enjoyable enough to play now and again.

Just finished Duke Nukem 3D about 5 hours ago, actually...
Not counting about 2 days ago when I got it again, the last time I played that game was at least 11 years ago :p

Other games I occasionally come back to:
Duke Nukem (1 and 2)
Sonic the Hedgehog 3 & Knuckles
Logical Journey of the Zoombinis
Oddworld - Abe's Odyssey/Exoddus
Painkiller
CoD 4 (Not sure if this counts as "old" just yet, but I frequent this one a lot, despite having CoD 5...)

And various other really old games when I (occassionally) go swimming through our old games CD's box...
Good fun :p

I play Alpha Centauri on a regular basis (Mainly as the Gaians (Mind Worms!)), and I would play Perfect Dark if my N64 had a working AV cable.

I always want to, but don't usually. Some games, like Half life episode 3 I only play small chunks of so I only learn the whole story right about the time the next game comes out. Hurry up Valve, I want to finish Ep. 3!

We had a large collection of older games that sort of got neglected after we bought our first current gen console, and later got given away when we moved. There's a couple that we kept that my brother and I still play like Elder Scrolls III, The SoT Trilogy, and Metroid Prime 1 and 2.

I play through old games all the time. Once a year around fall, I'll dust off Super Mario RPG and Super Metroid and throw down on that. Etc.
