I mean, do you seem to get really into gaming for a while... then shut down for a long spell... then had a mad gaming compulsion again?
For example, I was recently playing through older(ish) games...and a couple of recent ones... that I either never got round to playing at all at release, didn't finish when they was new, or just wanted to re-play.
Ripped through Bioshock, MW1, oblivion, mass effect, dragon age, then I was going through Fallout 3 at an alarming pace, finished main story started expansions..... and BOOM. I'm done... got in from work today... didn't want more fallout... couldn't manage any more than one match on any multi-player, don't wanna play any stupid "time killing" games.
I doubt I'll have the desire to play another game now this side of new year. Then I'll be back on it again like a mad man when I do pick up the next title.
It actually pisses me off that I get like this coz I end up with a big back-log of games I wanna play through before I play the latest NEW thing.
Anyone else get this or are you all glued to your pads/keyboards 24/7?
