I tend to say "Oh, bollocks" rather a lot - even when it isn't really appropriate to say it.

I don't really have a set phrase, but I do seem to say I hate a lot of things.
Stangely, I started doing this about a week before I got Left 4 Dead which is home to everyone's favourite hater of everything, Francis.
Probably the most often hate-related phrase I use is "I hate this game" whenever a game starts going even mildly wrong.

Not a ctahc phrase as such but if I get over-excited (as in to the point of hperventilation) I mix up words and either end up sounding like yoda or just spouting nonsensical syllables and pointing at things to make people understand.
