Alrighty,

1) Redheads, girls in uniform/costume/cosplay, glasses, furry, soft vore, herms, cross-dressing, traps... I think those are the big ones...

2) Some I've had for years (Redheads, uniforms), some developed recently (traps, vore). I can't say really why I've developed new ones, I thought fetishes came about during early childhood into puberty (I'm in my mid-20's). Finding out that I was turned on/obsessed with pornographic imagery that would be labeled as "gay" or "bi" was very surprising.
