Not particularly, no. But it depends how much I liked it originally, and exactly how many times I've watched it. For example, I've watched Pulp fiction about 13 times now I'd say.

It really depends purely on the subject matter and inherent quality of the media in question. I've watched pretty much every one of Clint Eastwood's westerns at least 2 or 3 times a piece and haven't tired of them purely because I love his take on the western genre.

I guess that would be a few films but mainly because I am sick of watching it too many times (Cinema Paradisco) althought some films I am fine watching it several times like Back to the Future. I need a long break to be in the mood to watch it again.

If something was worth watching the first time, its probably worth watching more than once - so nah, I don't have a hard time with it.

It depends. If I really enjoy something I can re-watch it many times. The only problem I have is that I'm the sort of person who tends to remember many of the details of things I watch for a very long time afterwards, and my recollection only improves the more times I watch it. Probably the best example is Star Trek: TNG. I watched it religiously throughout my childhood, probably seeing the entire series a few dozen times over with the number of re-runs I've seen. Then one day I just stopped watching it. Not just because I didn't have time or didn't enjoy the show, but because I could see the opening two minutes before the title credits and immediately knew what episode it was and everything that happened in it. It's been about 10 years or so actually and I've only now gotten to the point where I'll sit down and watch some of the best episodes if they're on, even though I still know everything that happens.

Luckily, I'm too old to have the time to take any other shows to that extreme.

Not really, but with the insane amount of awesome stuff out there I haven't seen I'd rather have a new experience.

If it was mediocre: Yes
If it was good: Yes
If it was great: Yes
If it made it into my 'Special List': No

I rarely re-read, re-watch or re-play anything I own. Once I've experienced it once, I've already experienced it every other time I read it.
There is a 'Special List' of books, movies, TV shows and games that I own that I will re-watch, re-read and re-play however. They fit in perfectly with my tastes, and so thoroughly entertain me that I will feel just as engaged the next time I read it. Most things only get a first read/watch/play once. Things in my special list feel that way every time I read/watch/play them.

Well it all comes down to how much I liked watching it the first time for me. For example, I'll never watch A Serbian Film again, that's for sure, but Doctor Who I could watch and rewatch all day, it's brilliant.

No. I have lost count of how many times I have seen The Mummy.

Not watching a film I'd seen before a few times would, for me, be like not listening to a song I'd listened to before. Like music I'll sometimes put on a movie almost as background noise - only giving it my full attention at my favourite scenes.

There's a few movies I know almost word for word, though I don't 'sing along'.

Only if its bad. I went to my second Avengers showing in a week this weekend. The only thing that wasnt as awesome as last time was the audience.

As long as I love it enough, I don't really mind rewatching something multiple times. Maybe I'll get bored and move on to something else for a while, but I usually find my way back one way or another.
Well, I intended on giving a-most likely overly long and boring-response, but it seems I have been, as others put it, ninja'd.

Also, I can't tell you how many times I've read The Incarnations of Immortality (as for the eighth book, I say MEEEEH). It really is a fantastic series...*tear*

Meh, it depends. In my youth I used to go and watch films at the cinema multiple times. I even (don't ask me why, I have no fucking idea) saw Tomb Raider five times - even though its a god awful piece of shit.

Nowadays though, I feel like I just cant invest the effort into watching things multiple times. Its different for films and TV though. I've recently started watching 24 again from the very beginning, and season 2 was always kinda my favourite. But by god was it a grind to get through.

It all depends on how much I enjoy a particular thing. Horror's and Comedies are the worst, because they only have a finite shelf life, before they stop being scary/funny. There's only so many times you can watch ringu before it gets really really boring with no payoff, and I dread the day when Hot Tub Time Machine stops getting a laugh outta me.

there needs to be
a) a good experience, be it a film, book or game
b) a decent amount of time since i last watched/played/ate that thing
