If so, for how long? How often? Why? If not, why?

I do. I'm friends with my ex, but I hate her enough that I burned everything I owned that was connected to her.

Only if the person has proven that they are unwilling to change, and continue doing the thing that angers/upsets me or people I care about. If they have legitimately changed, then I let it go. Otherwise, the grudge will remain until they deal with it.

I only do if the person in question truly hurt or wronged me.

For instance, the bullies who used to beat the living crap out of me daily are people I still hate to this day despite returning the favor to them 10 fold...

So yes, I do hold grudges. But only until I feel justice has been served in some sense.

I'm still pissed off at one of the guys who shaved my head about ten months ago. One of the others I went after with a pool cue, though we sorted our shit out after that and I let the grudge go. Another one apologized when I was in a good mood. But that first guy, when I see him I still have to control myself from knocking him over with a car.

Holding grudges. Everyone needs a hobby.

No I took the end of FEARLESS to heart

Yes I hold grudges, and I don't see any reason to ever let them go.

There's more than 6 billion people on this planet. There's no reason to try and like EVERYONE of them. Especially not the ones who find it fit to wrong me in such a profound manner that makes me hold a grudge.

Yes, and they usually last.

They're usually against everyone, though. I've lost a fair number of friends because of grudges created in the heat of the moment. I hold a huge grudge against my own mother. I remember everyone that has wronged me in some way, and either they will reconcile with me, or I will crush them.

Aggresives get me in particular. They represent less than 1% of the population and they contribute 50% of the bullshit. I hate them with a burning passion.

I took an online psych test and almost pegged the "anger" metric. I hold grudges for a long time.

Who doesn't?

I'll never forgive this prick at work simply for being...a childish prick.

Seriously, who acts like they're 10 when they're clearly 50? And thinks it's a good thing?

Screw that guy. Seriously. Forever.

Whatever, just wash your hands.
I can hold a grudge with the best of them but Im also more then willing to let one go if I get an apology or something, I actually dont like to hold onto hatred, its just one of those things that I have an iron grip too

I used to hold intense grudges when I was younger. I was bullied pretty bad as a kid and I was on the verge of a rampage before my thankfully attentive parents pulled me out to get me homeschooled instead. For the next several years, even the slightest mentioning of bullying would throw me into a rage. In time, however, my aunt convinced me to let things go. I begrudgingly agreed to do so without meaning, but as time passed, I managed to genuinely believe my own words, eventually choosing to forgive those transgressions. Ever since, I have found it extremely difficult to hold any kind of grudge.

I don't have any grudges. I learn to forget. I may not forgive, so to speak, but I forget sooner or later.

Very very rarely. There's maybe 2 people who have come into my life that I could not forgive. I don't actively hate, but I will never forgive what they have done to me.
