Do you know what I'm talking about?

So I was talking to a girl on the train the other day, and with hindsight, we realised how open to interpretation the conversation sounded.

Her: "Let me see it!"
Me: "I'd rather not get it out in public..."
Her: "Why not?"
Me: "Well, it's technically a lethal weapon"
Her: *Sighs* "Fine. But how long is it?"
Me: "Four inches"

Now, before you start judging my manliness (you know what you were thinking), let it be known that we were talking about my penknife.

Anyhoo, the point of the matter is, has anyone else had any conversations that sound more than slightly suspicious when taken out of context?

I work at Borders bookstore, so, retail...yeah. I don't remember any for myself (Not to say that there haven't been plenty, because there have, I just don't remember any specifically) but one of the girls I work with yelled "I CAN DO YOU HERE, SIR." She was talking about him walking to the register she was at.

Any conversation between cyclists can be taken badly out of context.

Bikey 1:Hey that's nice

Bikey 2:Yeah really firm

Bikey 1:Bet it's lovely to pump and grind

Bikey 2:Yeah, rolls sweet with this rubber on.

Oh boy...

Me: "Start tugging it."
Person: "How, I can't even see it!"
Me: "it's there."
Person "Are you sure, I'm not seeing anything."

In regards to a cable behind a TV stand.

Oh innuendo is the best. I encounter this on an almost daily basis. But gosh darn it, I can't think of an example. Good thread :D
