The language of the Faroe Islands. Similar to Icelandic in written form but sounds notably different.

In answer to the topic title: yes, plenty, in a variety of languages. French, German, Spanish, Italian, Finnish, Icelandic, Japanese, a bunch of others. I don't understand them, generally. I understand half the French stuff, but the rest I don't even worry. I like the fact that I don't understand it, it's nice to be able to appreciate the music without being distracted by words.

The language of the Faroe islands, which, as I understand, is a dialect of Norwegian.
To be honest, I didn't know about the language nor the islands until a friend showed me a few Týr songs.

And thank you. It sounds pretty cool.
