I cheat because I listen to a radio show after it's taped and posted to their site. I can't listen to a 4 hour broadcast straight through Plus the taped version is commercial free.

All the time. At home mostly, as I usually listen to cds in the car. But I live in Atlanta and I listen to Punkrockalypse every Sunday with Amy Dumas, WWE's Lita. I'm a regular NPR listener as well, which is the main source of my news, other then BBC International.
