When comics stop being sold in my country years ago I stopped taking interest in reading them, I only read web comics and Japanese magna now, some of the more serious works surpass most comics predictable storyline if you look beyond the countless Ecchi and Harem crap published

Pretty much read marvel (AvX is trash, but theres a lot of 'real' good stuff in other comics) and DC (probably more now with the new 52, but I've noticed my pull-list has been shrinking with each completed arc, and mostly because I'm trying to save some cash)
with a dose of Image (horray Walking Dead) and a few other titles (like Irredeemable which has now sadly ended).
I also read a few manga, mostly the popular shonen jump stuff.

Only got into them recently, as I was finishing university. At the moment, I read:

Animal Man (DC).
Batgirl (DC).
Batman (DC).
Deadpool (Marvel).
Superman (DC).
Winter Soldier (Marvel).
Wonder Woman (DC).

I always get laughed at for the last one... Don't know why, it's awesome. Damn ignorant non-comic readers.
Wonder Woman is kicking all kinds of arse atm. Cliff Chiang is an awesome artist, and the writing is the best it's been since Greg Rucka's run back before Infinite Crisis (didn't really think Simone's run was that great. Except for the part where Wonder Woman teamed up with intelligent giant apes and fought Nazi's on Paradise Island. That was awesome).

I do but only the collected editions or digital ones through the no longer updated PSP store. I'm nowhere near a decent comic shop so its just easier. Currently reading back issues of Alan Moores Supreme after hearing good things about it and its superb so far. Slowly going back over to the Ultimate Marvel books that I once followed religiously before they got completely ruined. Luckily they seem to be improving again.

Also my local library seems to have gone insane for Batman paperbacks lately so read through 'Wargames', 'No mans Land', 'Flashpoint' and 'False Faces'. Never been much of a DC person but adored them all. Oh and Superman Black Rings where its all written from Lex Luthors point of view surprised me too.

I read a bunch of webcomics, but the ones I seriously care about are Girl Genius, Order of the Stick, and Gunnerkrigg Court.

As for print comics:
Amazing Spider-Man
Ultimate Spider-Man[footnote]I wasn't a fan of what they did to Peter Parker, but I admit the new guy is growing on me as a character[/footnote]

The DC comics I read are all in the new 52 continuity
Teen Titans
Superboy (given how closely it's tied to Teen Titans, you kind of have to do both)
Supergirl
Detective Comics
Justice League

Manga:
One Piece
Black Lagoon - which is finally coming off of hiatus after two years!
Rurouni kenshin - I tend to reread this once a year, due to awesomeness.
