Ok so after reading a lot of stories like this
http://news.uk.msn.com/uk/articles.aspx?cp-documentid=153104813&ocid=today
I have been thinking about just how easily we are prepared to go under the knife in the hands of someone who we know very little about other then that they supposedly must of passed med school at some point or another.
So while i understand that cases like these are statistically dwarfed by the successful cases that aren't worth being made public my question is firstly do we too easily entrust people with our safety just because we assume they are professionals?
And my second question is that with the facts that are presented in that particular case this guy is going to likely get a LOT of compensation for this so to all the guys out there would you loose a testicle to get rich, and do you have a price in mind?
