"In the middle of the night, alone in a small room, on a day in summer where it rains, I played a scary game with the window open and the rain smashing down upon the ground outside.
The light gets turned off and I start playing..."
The effect was excellent, to say the least. I nearly sh*t my pants when I went down a shaft, turned on my flashlight only to see Alma crawling at me with incredible speed. That was scary.
So, do you turn the lights on or off when playing a scary/immersive game? And why do(n't) you do it?
It adds to the fun, I'll tell ya that.
