Doctor Who: The Adventures Games Playable in June

Heres my prediction that most the problems will be solved with "use sonic screwdriver".

It's the swiss army knife of poor writing, similar to the star trek tricorder thing. A tool that can do everything as long as you spout the necessary BS technobabble first, how convenient if you are a lazy writer for a scifi series.

That's so not true!

1) To use the sonic screwdriver you don't have to necessarily spout technobabble, even without it it does whatever is convenient to the writers

2) Some puzzles will probably solved by using a timey wimey detector (you know, the one that goes "ding" when there's stuff)

I love me some adventurin' in my games, and I love me some Doctor Who in my TV. This cannot be anything short of an entertainment wet dream!

Why, yes, it is bigger on the inside. I've got a dinette set and mini bar in there.

Well spoken. I'll do anything to play that. Hell, I'd climb on top of the Brandenburg Gate and sing "Rule Britannia" at the top of my voice if I have to. But I couldn't see why they should not release it outside of the UK, I mean what would they lose by doing so? It might even help to attract new fans. (Who, alas, are very rare here in Germany, most people just can't cope with such a high concentration of Britishness, I suppose)

It is kind of funny, cause I have watched some Dr. Who only some of the more recent stuff (not the newest episodes) and I was thinking omg Dr. who would make an awesome puzzle adventure game in the style of like Monkey Island, King's Quest, Space Quest, etc.

I mean, he goes around using random items and choosing the right things to say to save random people and worlds...
