Libertarianism is a Philosophy that promotes personal freedom and advocates the minimization of rules. Although this is nice, the definition comes disturbingly close to Anarchism. What do you think?

No, not really. The far left might equate the libertarian ideal of government to anarchy, but that's hyperbole and also they are crazy.
Anarchy is about NO government.
