Does the escapist allow amateur articles?

If so, where do I start? If not, which websites allow me to start writing amateur articles about my thoughts??
I know more people are also interested in this type of thing.

Define Amateur?

Will they let anyone just throw whatever they want in as a featured article? No

Will they take your submission and if they deem it worthy, give you the opportunity to have the article hosted for some cash!? Hell yeah they do!
