Sorry, unfortunatley this is in the wrong topic and I majorly screwed up, mostly because someone messed with my computer while I wrote the article, Please ignore.
From a coding point of view it's possible, though you'd struggle to make it 100% truly random. In fact you probably would never make it completely random.
