Doomsday Arcade, the references...

We all (or many of us at least) have seen and enjoyed Doomsday Arcade. It has the lame, yet hilarious puns, the action, the funny characters, but most of all, it has the references. We all get that feeling of enjoyment when we see them make a joke out of a game we love. So what game are you still waiting for them to make jokes of? I'm still awaiting a Jak & Daxter episode. And possibly some Final Fantasy (VII, to be more precise).
