Dota 2: The Language Filter

In about every game I play in Dota, I find that people need tips on how to play. No this isn't flaming or being a generic asshole, but people are sometimes not doing things that they should, and if they don't speak the same language as me then I'm not able to help them.

Oh I know, I'm just having a laugh.

I'm generally very receptive to help in-match, but I've noticed such "help" is usually thinly veiled criticism. I also have a hard time taking seriously the recommendations of people who are clearly inept or delusional. Like the Sand King who kept screeching at me to heal him (as Huskar, no less) because he came to the lane with no pots or tangos and proceeded to brawl with everything in sight from level 1.

Russians don't even try at all.

... How do you want to know that? Wouldn't Russians that don't fit this generalisation talk english and thus you would not assume that they are Russians? Don't you realise how stupid your suggestion is?

Do you even play the game? The biggest problem in Dota2 right now is the pathetic language filtering system.
