I'd say PS3 just for carrying over choices, that's normally a major part of Bioware's game even though its a different story I think the whole country in Dragon Age II has been affected by the choices from the first one like, who is King or Queen.

You don't play as the same character, really. So I don't believe that it matters too much what you carry over. Get the PC version.
