Basically the title. I'm getting pretty tired of the crap generic Hero of Ferelden and Hawke I meet in DA:I. And I doubt I still have my old saved files from both 1 & 2, and I really don't want to have to replay through those loooonnngggg games just for a few tweaks.
So, will they ever release The Keep for anything other than PC? Or is there some shenanigans that can be done?

The Keep is available for transferring world state data from PS3 --> PS4, so I'm guessing it's available for all platforms. Just make sure you connect to EA at the very beginning of a new game, which allows you to make major decisions about your world state before starting. You don't have to import anything, but you probably won't have access to your Hawke facial modifications from previous games.

You can use The Keep on pretty much any device that has a browser. It's not a PC app, The Keep is a website. You could try running it on the 360's browser but I'm not sure if it would work there, it isn't that good to be honest.

Log-in with your EA/Origin account and create a World State. If you are using the same account then it will track your uploaded characters for you, creating a base where you can tinker to your heart's content.

Lacking an Xbox myself, my perspective is admittedly a bit limited. That said, I just logged into the keep myself and the first thing I'm noticing is that it lists your linked personas on the first page, separating them based on whether they're from an Xbox, PlayStation, or PC. So I presume that it at least should have Xbox functionality.

Fair warning: Once you lock in all your choices you'll have to click the monitor icon in the upper right and then scroll down and click the export button. I learned this the hard way after spending a few hours in game before asking Varric about Hawke's companions...cue my surprise when I heard him talking about Carver (who died in my Hawke's prologue) rather than Bethany, cluing me in to the fact that my 'tapestry' hadn't downloaded.

It does. My sister used it to get her Origins and DAII play throughs imported into the 360 version.

Yes you have to run the Keep in a browser but you can import the world states into any version of the game.

What?!
Oh man, now I'm pissed. When I bought the game at GameStop, I asked about The Keep. They said it was for PC users only and that it was scheduled for free DLC release on the console networks, like Mass Effect 3 Genesis!

Oh man, now I'm really fucking mad!

Hate to say it, but they were definitely wrong. The Keep found all of my save games on both PC and 360, including one that I stopped playing back in 2010! I was totally shocked to see it.

And FYI, I'm playing the 360 version of Inquisition and so I can absolutely verify that the Keep works just fine on the platform. It gets its data from Origin, so if you've ever played any of the DA games with your Origin profile turned on, the Keep will find it.

Yep 100% wrong because The Keep isn't DLC, it's a website.

They did it this way because then it's one website for all versions of the game, instead of having to code multiple versions for the different systems.

Just google "dragon age keep" on whatever browser you have, and it should show up and run on pretty much anything, it even runs on my iPhone, so I imagine it shouldn't have much trouble running on even the Xbox browser. It isn't a PC specific thing, nor is it any form of DLC. You also do not need to have your original character saves, because all they actually do is import a name and face thumbnail (both are useless). Once you make your worldstate, just make sure that you export it to DA:I, and then sign in to your EA account within the game, and it should load your worldstate properly when you go through the basic character creation section (the "choose your gender/race/class/difficulty" section, not the "choose what you look like" section).
