Dragon Age Mods

I just recently got Dragon Age (late to the party I know) for the PC and as I was downloading patch 1.03 I noticed there was a whole section on fan projects. After looking up some of them there were a few that seemed pretty cool. So, I was wondering if any of them are "Must Have" mods which would not change the game too much but would definitely create a better experience.

Or should I just go vanilla through my first run of the game?

I haven't played for awhile but the ones I had were:

No Helmet Hack
Detailed_Tooltips
Combat Tweaks
NoStartingAbilities
The Winter Forge
Two Spec Sten
and Improved Atmosphere

Get this. This will make Leliana look more like a person rather than an ass on a neck. Kidding. She looked OKAAY, but this mod will make her look amazing.

Go vanilla on your first run mostly, but get the no helmets hack. It is so good not to see the retarded helmets at all.
