Dragon Age: Orgins Charecter Creator...Issue's?

Just downloaded the CC for Dragon Age and after I got to the main menu, it crashed my laptop. Anyone else having problems or is it just me?

No bluescreen. Was on the loading screen, then it just stopped. I hit Ctrl+Alt+Del to try and shut down the program and my laptop just shut down

Didn't have any problems with the game freezing.
I'd recommend checking Biowares forums, or google it, might be a rare problem.

Not much to do with it. Just like Mass Effect's.

Thanks for the input, but this was a thread for technical assistance, not personal opinions on the creator itself.

Well, I noticed a graphical glitch while creating the character. Also, later the same day, after uninstalling the creator, my computer broke...

No issue on my computer. Only problem is I can't seem to log in to upload my characters, but that might be due to my University network ports being locked or something.

Still, have you tried turning it off and on again/reinstalling it?

Yea, I would have to say that if it does it again try reinstalling.

Plus, if you upload a charactor to Bioware's new social site you get a +1 to all stats ring in Dragon Age when it gets released; provided you do it before Dragon Age comes out.

Really, no one can help you better with this problem than BioWare, I reckon. They even have a sticky thread in the character creation forum for technical issues such as this one.

Seems to work fine for me. Not quite sure how to get the Lucky Stone yet though...

If you've uploaded a character and it shows up on your BioWare Social Network profile, all you have to do is wait for the Dragon Age's release and log onto your account again through the game.

No problems here - just confusion as to why Steam has the creator down as an R18 age rating (BBFC). No nudity, sex, voilence, etc... Confused.

I'm going to re-install it, see if that changes anything.
