Dragon Age looks decent to me also, but I agree about the name. I think they could have done far better. I confess to a certain amount of waryness also because as I understand things Bioware has been dividing it's attention between 3 projects: Dragon Age, Mass Effect 2, and The Knights Of The Old Republic MMORPG, and then apparently they had the time to develop this Iphone game (which would have been cool if it wasn't Iphone).

It occurs to me that they are rather over-extended, and I hope this doesn't reflect on the quality. To my knowlege I don't think Bioware has tried to keep that many balls in the air at once before.

As far as Brutal Legend goes, the game seems awesome *BUT* as much faith as I have in Tim Schaefer this seems rather ambitious, and I do notice that it was given the axe from it's previous producers/developers and had to go pimping around to find another one. That may or may not be a big deal, but I figure that if the product was turning out that impressively this wouldn't have happened since the people throwing out the money ultimatly care about returns and things sink or swim based on their analysis.

I look forward to both games, we'll either see "Rocktober" or a double helping of last year's "Mercenaries 2" which I believe released right around that time. Still can't quite figure out how they were able to go so wrong with that one... not only the glitches, but also the contreversy, combined with the disappointment that you don't actually get to shoot Hugo Chavez (which would have been a huge selling point, yet people acted like this was the theme of the game).
