Who seriously cares about that stupid lawsuit, I don't know. I just know I don't care.
It's just interesting that Notch himself wanted to have the same day as the Sykrim relase date. He said that in his very own blog. It's not a conicidence, Notch said that himself.
It is simply very odd. It's like leaving a bad taste in your mouth after a magnificient diner.
Please don't get me wrong, I like Notch, he seems like a cool guy. But you know the proverb, when you play with the big (Bethesda) dragon, be prepared that he might bite...
Oh, concerning dragons:
I agree with you. Everyone can have dragons in his game. Someday that will change and we will have stupid "draconic" (pun intended) trademark laws protecting the dragon but not right now.
Oh and Dante's Hell can be used freely because it is too old, is it? The text and the ideas only have a copyright thingy for I don't know that excatly, 80 years after the author died? I don't remember, well I honestly I don't know and I almost don't care. It's a very stupid copyright trademark law thing.
