Regardless of the fact that The_Healer was being rude, that image does need quite a bit of work. Just practice, and I'm sure you'll get better. I think it has to do with the chibi-ish Elite next to the normal Master Chief... the contrast is too drastic in order to really judge on what you did, it's too distracting. Maybe if you took the regular Chief out or made a chibi-ish version of it, it wouldn't be so bad.

No, seriously, it's obvious you just got that from H3 and UR, and didn't spend any effort at all to make an original piece, plus the quality is crappy.

Needs a lot of work.

It is? It looks like a greyish-greenish blob to me with some blue mixed in there. I suppose it could be the arbiter if he was drawn by Picasso.

It's supposed to be Gaary in his Arbiter body in Unforgotten Realms.
It wouldn't work. Master Chief would rush into an ambush and Gaary would just make a snarky comment about how it's not going to work.
