So, yeah, just wondering;

What do other escapists (escapees?) drive in their daily lives?
What would you ideally be behind the wheel of?
How close would you say you are to owning/driving that ideal vehicle?

Finally, do you enjoy driving, say, find any excuse to,
or is it a mind-numbing chore of a hassle?

General views on automotive transportation welcome.

I drive a 96 camaro, but the engine kinda sucks so it's pretty slow. I'm a very cautious driver and I use my zune (I hate apple) instead of the radio. I enjoy driving but I hate paying for gas. I guess my car now is my ideal car.

Blue station wagon. Ideal for all my current needs, except that the windshield frosts over on the inside in Winter. Definitely not the car I'll drive into the ground though; when I can reasonably afford to replace it without owing money to the car company, I'm going to get something else. And when that time comes, I'll put some serious thought into what to get. Until then, I'll dream of a '57 Impala.
