Drunken regrets.

So i'm drunk. Very drunk in fact, my friends have bought me a load of rounds tonight. But i had the chance to accompany a girl to some party tonight and passed it up for a taxi home with my mates.

Sorta regretting it now. So my question to all you escapists is what is your biggest drunken regret?

(Note, this can be either something you did, did not or almost did. But a fairly large quantity of alcohol must be involved.)

Don't really feel like wallowing in my regrets at the moment, and most of my regrets I've got over and find funny now anyway.

Also i wanna say by regret i don't mean being all depressed etc. i just mean sitting there going "wow i really should've done that instead..."

Probably last saturday. Getting off with a girl, only to turn round and say, "um, soz, but I'm engaged". Needless to say, she wasn't impressed. Neither was I in truth. Don't judge, its been close too 2 months.

I know just how you feel threadmaster. I went out in January and got tanked. Met a girl, took a taxi with her cos we lived v close. Dare I say she was interested for some mad reason (I could barely speak). got to my house - opened the taxi door, got out, said goodbye - and realised i'd forgotten to ask her number! I asked of course but the taxi was already pulling away so she just shrugged and said sorry! Ive never seen her since.

Felt like such a tool. Like a crap wrench

Biggest drunken "I shouldn't have done that" regret? That's an easy one.

Got TRASHED at a dress-up party on Bundaberg OP Rum while dressed as Cliff Burton from Metallica. After a really interesting game of Twister (not interesting in the good way) my mates decided I was too far gone and gave me a lift back to a lady friends' place.

I, however, wanted to stay with my mates, so I got out of the car.

While it was doing 80 km/hr.

Luckily the guy driving was quick (and sober) and slammed the brakes on, so I only hit ground at 30, but not until I'd run along holding the car door for a little bit.
Needles to say, my mate driving the car was withing an inch of beating me senseless, but the road rash that I woke up with was punishment enough in the end. Amazingly enough I didn't need to be taken to the hospital.

All in all, that was the day I quit drinking and went sober for nearly 3 years.

I ended up messing around with an ex, resulting in me breaking up with the current GF at the time. The worst part was that the current GF was unaware that the incident ever took place, and I just had to make up a kinder excuse for dumping her, merely on principle.

Before that time, I believed I could never, ever cheat on anyone.

Dude, I ended up in a Gay Bar tonight. Nothing wrong with that that, hell the drinks were cheap. Now I'm home...funily enough I didn't get invited to a party with anyone, however I am watching the "Love Stinks" scene from the Wedding Singer over and over for lulz. Well sir I have a microphone and you don't. So you will listen to every damn word I have to say!!!

See me sometime tomorrow night, and I'll regret all of this. Right now, anything more than 4 feet away gets cloned so I'm seeing double and I don't care haha.

Interesting though, despite being drunk your apperantly sober enough to type coherently, must be pretty good at holding your liqour.

I dont even regret that time i drunkenly stripped for that girl on her birthday...yes people had cameras and yes there are random half naked shots of me on the internet.

Well, it's hard to regret something like that when half the people in the world have naked photos of themselves from similar or much worse incidents.

OP: Personally i don't really have any Drunken regrets, i don't drink enough. Although i did have to clean a toilet after a drunken party.

Meh, im a pretty good drunk. Dance and laugh, usually the worst i do is give a couple lap dances to some random girls or not so random girls even. The worst i ever did was get emotional and make a scene around a girl i liked, and that was years ago.

Now the worst i do is try to seduce girls i know have boyfriends... im not even that interested alot of times i just like the challenge. Oh and thier boyfriends are never people i like or am friends with by the way, i do have some standards.

Had my worst drunken night just a few days ago. I don't regret my excessive talking, which included discussion of my boobs. But I ended up getting super pissed for no reason at the guy I'm kind of sorta seeing, after my guy friends continued to tell me how he's not that into me. So i started texting and calling and being mean, excessively. Stalker like. Ive apologized and all I got was "its cool." Still hasn't talk to me. Hope its not the end.
Oh man did I learn my lesson. But it happens....to everyone at least once. Your true friends will come back and forgive, the others....f**k them. It's all about learning.
