TWEWY(The World Ends With You) is a good jrpg for the DS. Any Final Fantasy game for the DS counts to.

Well, Disgaea: Afternoon of Darkness is on the PSP and DS, so you can play Disgaea which is brilliant...

<color=purple>Final Fantasy III. Great game. Not to mention that it is the first port to English of the actual Final Fantasy III.
Oh and the Mario RPG's are not bad at all.

Don't forget FFIV DS, probably the best version of it so far.
SMT: Devil Survivor, if you can find a copy is worth it too.

LUX-PAIN.

It's weird, but totally awesome.

But, of course, TWEWY takes gold.
Man that game is awesome.

Im not sure if you would count Disgaea, its a SRPG but its really good and has 100+ game play time.

Spent 70 hours grinding fucking Majins just to have the game break >_>

Well there's Final Fantasy III, The World Ends With You, a couple Zeldas (RPGs or adventures?) and there's also a fairly obvious choice which is Pokemon.

Pokémon Diamond/Pearl/Platinum/HeartGold/SoulSilver

ANY Final Fantasy you can see on there.

Avoid Lunar Genesis. It's rather Terrible.

Calumon: Digimon Dawn and Dusk! ^^

Etrian Odyssey is quite good. I think (but im not sure) that its an RPG.

The only ones I have are Contact and Shiren the Wanderer. Both are worth a look but Shiren the Wanderer is top notch.
