DuckTales Remastered

Capcom and WayForward announced a remake to the classic DuckTales video game. I'm surprised to see a remake of this game, as I didn't really think that many people were clamoring for it, while there are tons of games people scream for daily that no one wants to even touch. Has the 'remake' trend exhausted itself?

That opening perfectly sets up the theme, particularly the Schaefer quote.

The thing about remakes is it's about feasibility. There are some games that people would very vocally like remastered, but it simply isn't feasible to remake from scratch an entire 3d world for a few thousand fans that aren't happy with just playing the original.

Whereas this, it's cheap and easy and fun, with a lot of popularity.

It's been stuck in my head all day.

I heard rumors that they are keeping the original soundtrack intact with modifications to 'modernize' it. Sounds good to me!
