Just picked this up for the PSP, and it's pretty nifty. You build a dungeon just outside a town, and have to tailor twisty passages and rooms to entice monsters and other baddies inside. Then you sweep through the very next day and kick the crap out of them all. It's part Sims, part Diablo.

Meanwhile, a scantily clad assistant waits at home to cook you dinner every night (equivalent to leveling-up) and calls you "Master" and asks you to "train" her. The townspeople keep telling you to hit that, so maybe there's some anime romance in here somewhere. Plus I'm pretty sure the game keeps hinting that the main character is a demon himself.

Anybody else playing this game? Probably not, because it's weird, but comment here anyway. I have been getting dominated by the first 'boss', the Chimera, and need some pointers.

Well I wouldn't call this game a system-mover, but a PSP is a decent investment. Particularly if you Pandora's Box it up and get a Game Boy Advanced emulator on there.

Uh? PSX emulator? Greatest thing to happen to this console is when someone worked out how to run PSX games on it.

Dungeon Maker sounds a lot like Dungeon Keeper, but I have to pass.

Though that may appeal to you, It would just be as awkward as Hell to me.

How come? My friend Sara loves the Harvest Moon games, which (as far as I can tell) require you to choose a saucy young bride from a nearby village and shower her with gifts.

Or were you just playing on the whole demon/Hell thing? Cleva, cleva.

Most of the PSX games I've tried to run through the popsloader have had some sort of terrible fatal crash at some point in the game. Usually after I've already invested 20 or so hours into playing... basically I look at pops with fear and trepidation these days.

Well, in Harvest Moon, I always go with the gentile, quiet, seemingly less sexual chick so that I don't have to imagine the adorable main characters..

ACK! The perverse mental imagery! Curse you, Japan!
