DVD replacement cases.

I can find Slim,normal and 3-6 dvd black DVD replacement cases but for the life of me I can not find any of the wide ones that hold 4 or 5 discs on 1 mount dose anyone know where I can get them? I have a few games with damaged cases.

Maybe soemone will know if not the multi case type that hold 4-6 on pages in the case will do, I'd just rather try and find a perfect replacement.
