So, I just got an email that made my heart sink. Apparently EA has been having problems with these retailers, and now they are not selling any of these games. Does anyone know the full details?

Game will no longer be stocking games by EA in the UK. That includes Mass effect 3, so if you were hoping to buy that from them then you may want to look elsewhere, like Amazon.

Most of what I have heard is not confirmed. But I think it has something to do with they don't project that having there games on GAME shelves will justify the selling it to them at the price GAME demand or something.

GAME is out of money, they can't pay for game shipments and EA doesn't want to loan them anything because retailers like this have been presaging publishers for years.

Shoe is on the other foot and they are loving it.

GAME is basically on the way out of business. The only way they're going to survive is if someone takes them over. Gamestop have already shown some interest.

No loss though, as the shops are terrible, especially for PC games. I feel sorry for anyone who works there though.

Maybe EA are thinking about opening up a chain of stores in the UK.

There's an article on the subject here that'll probably help you a lot more than I can:
