I'm not a fan of EA and their stereotypical cyberpunk megacorp chenanigans either, but... C'mon, they're holding loads of interesting titles ransom. Although come to think of it, most games EA's been in charge of pruning would probably be better off left with the kidnappers.

EA: "Oh, my! I appear to be trapped inside an enormous nutshell! This is crazy, how did I end up here?"

EA continues: "Hmm... how can I monetize this? Maybe we can sell the nutshell... but if someone actually thought they would get nuts then they'll just have to buy that later."

You're giving them too much credit. When people did that to Ubisoft they claimed it was piracy's fault. EA says it's the used game market.

Which is why the gaming community needs to let them know clearly why they're boycotting them in the first place.

So I am going to answer that question with another question: why does publishing a game (something any retard with money can do - Konami I am looking at you) make someone betterin your opinion, even if they can't take credit for what they are publishing?

If a game that EA published turned out well, it's the dev's doing. If a game that EA published turned out poorly, it's EA's doing.

Saw it reddit the other day. Jimmies were rustled. I still can't believe gamers went with origin solely because they won't play Battlefield on consoles, as it was illustrated in the video. When I started my boycott on EA back in January, they said I was crazy. Who's laughing now?!

Wasn't that Activision? EA has not been doing this for a while. Except with sports games, but no one cards about those. Certainly not the maker of the video, anyway.
