My first thoughts were "Okay, this has got to be a joke, why would EA support this crappy legislation?"

Then I remember all the ridiculous DRM they've tried and it makes sense.

EA stands to benefit from the bill seeing as it would greatly supplement their already rigorous DRM policies.

One can dream [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/7.335745-Go-Daddy-Drops-SOPA-Support-After-Boycott-Threat?page=1] of this happening but BF3 supporters would block any real boycott attempt methinks...
