I was wondering who else here has played this fantastic, under-rated gem. And how long you played the game for.

I only made it through Easy and Normal, the giant spiders' threads of doom killed me too quickly on hard.

I picked this game up on reccommendation from a guy at Gamestop-- I have to say, it's pretty damn fun for what it is. Mindless destruction, giant ants, killer robots... it's pretty damn neat.

Playing the game on hard is a real challenge. I can't remember whether or not I ever managed to complete the game on hard-mode, but I do remember that one level where you and your squad are in that narrow ravine and hordes of ants come swarming from both directions. That shit was intense.

I've always wanted to try split-screen co-op in the game. Shame I have only one controller. And a lack of friends who live close by.

One of the games I will probably never sell. Tis so much fun, especially on co-op! Though inferno is ridiculous...

One cool thing me and my mate used to do was battle mode with only air tortoise launchers. They're basically incredibly slow moving tracking nuclear missiles. The average match lasts about half an hour since you can nearly outrun them. It was awesome since you'd turn around and see about 5 nukes heading very slowly towards you and just leg it while they slowly closed in on you

The game is unoriginal and buggy (pun unintended) but, damn, it's fun!
