...what does EA have to do with EVE Online, which is developed and published by CCP Games? Unless you're talking about a different EVE, that is.Folji said:I don't know what's worse. This, or those microtransaction prices they shoved into EVE.
This is when I will care - I have very fond memories of this on the Amiga, and I will be incredibly happy when this is made. As long as justice is done, if not I'll continue not caring.WMDogma said:While it might be a while longer before we see the likes of Wing Commander

In reference to the topic, doesn't really surprise me. The iOS seems to be a fantastic platform for high priced digital content - and whilst I'd never spend the extortionate amount of money requested for top tier items such as:
http://www.guardian.co.uk/technology/appsblog/2011/aug/04/gun-bros-final-fantasy-tactics
The Gun Bros $500 Armageddon gun, I see no real harm in having the items there for those that have piles of cash and nothing to spend it on. EA are pretty late in the premium digital content market.
If I wanted to play the originals I still have them on original floppy disk.Moriarty said:as was already posted in this thread:

Although I understand that sometimes things can be missed when the Wing Commander police are on the scene.Electric Alpaca said:I will be incredibly happy when this is made. As long as justice is done, if not I'll continue not caring.

Now that is truly impressive. Good show, EA. Good show.Irridium said:Well what do you expect from a company that has subscription fees and DLC [http://www.destructoid.com/oh-ea-subscription-charges-added-to-tetris-mobile-app-217054.phtml] for fucking Tetris.
