the best one for me is
The entire lost island being in Just Cause 2.
never played the game but thats just awesome

that island had a guy who followed you made of smoke!

From the same game i also liked the shark fin. just a giant shark fin on a little jet powered... thing...

you cud attach it to the bottom of your helicopter or whatever and then it would pull u off course.
