Just a simple calculus problem..that I can't wrap my mind around. I know I've done this before in another form but the limit part confuses the tits out of me:
Evaluate this limit:
lim (x->infinity) (1 + 2/x)^ x
You'll notice that it's similar to the form e^x
The problem is that I get stuck after I turn lim = e into
lim (n -> 0) (1 + n)^ (1/n)
Anyone willing to lend a hand?
