Edgey McEdgerson's Hedge Edger

Way back in October there was a joke at the end of an ENN episode [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/videos/view/escapist-news-network/2222-The-EA-Louse-Friends] about a game called "Edgey McEdgerson's Hedge Edger."

Long story short: I thought it was hilarious and decided to make a game out of it, so here it is:

It's... actually not bad. It'd be nice if you could throw up something to track how high you get in the corner, but otherwise fairly fun. Nice job.

Edit: Nevermind, turns out there's an option for that...

Thanks, unfortunately I had to give up on a lot of stuff that would probably have made it better. The size of the game started getting out of control and I realized that if I didn't make things simple it would never get done. It was very instructive on how much effort goes into even simple games.

That's actually really good. Similar to Robot Unicorn. Needs a little more pazazz and detail, but that's as good as a lot of the games there.

Can't get the good ending. Go way too fast, and the hedges always end up so damn short I land, and then fall literally instantaneously, or overshoot them becasue I full jumped.

Still been playing it for about 15 minutes, though, and I plan on continuing, so it's really fun, just aggrivating (so the Robot Unicorn Attack comparison that someone else made is very apt).
