Here's another favourite I picked up elsewhere:
User A asks a question, and User B answers. Then, when User A looks at this thread again and sees he's been answered, he changes his question to make User B's answer either funny or (more frequently) stupid.
Example:
A:
How old are you?
B: 15
How many websites do you have accounts on?
C: More than I can remember. [etc.]
Which then becomes, after A and B edit:
A:
How many brain cells do you have?
B: 15
Have you ever gone on a homicidal rampage?
C: More than I can remember. [etc.]
I'm sure you can be a lot more creative than I can, though. And a few ground rules:
1. No editing answers.
2. A slight amount of political incorrectness is fine, but try and limit it.
3. No images/videos. Keep it to text.
I'll start:
Does chocolate make you drop SBD's?
