The education system send us to school for close to 20-30 years depending on what you want your profession to be, and i found that 96% of people hav their career choices by the time they are 13, now why dont the school systems take advantage of this and let the students take special courses within the school district to advance in these courses and get a early start on life.

Leav your opinion on what they should do down below

Well, my high school happened to be made of suck, but I DID enter Work Study and earned money during the course of my education at that time. Not always so bad.

I have to say, you've met some very determined people. I'm 20 and doing a Biology degree and I still don't know what kind of job I want, and neither do most of the people that I talk to (all within a couple of years of me). Actually, out of all my friends I only know one person who actually knows what he wants to do.

I don't think anyone I know knew what they wanted to do at that age, infact I bet 99% of the people on the course I am on didn't know what they wanted to really do as a career until they had to decide what university course they wanted to do.

I've always resented the American 'No child left behind' because I went through two semesters of the honors geometry class (FYI, hardest class for freshmen students such as me) without turning in more than ten homework assignments, and still ending the year with a B- on first semester and A- on second. I'm no genius, but that really shouldn't be possible.
