Huh. Vanessa Carlton is my guilty pleasure too. And I'm almost as ashamed to admit that I kept buying her albums until now.Snugglebunny said:Love em, hate em, ipods are everywhere! Sure, everyone likes to download the cool, manly, rocking out head banging hardcore songs BUT who can't resist a little Barbie Girl (Aqua) every now and then? How doesn't have a soft spot for Kelly Clarkson? And who among us mortals can stop those little shivers up out spine when Cascada wails out 'Every time we touch'???
So, my question to you: What is the one song/artist on your ipod/music list you would never admit to having?
I'll go first: Vanessa Carlton, and her first album 'Be Not Nobody': embarrassingly adolescent and shallow, yet oddly compelling.....
Same, he's actually not a bad singer.DrDeath3191 said:I actually enjoy Rick Astley's "Never Gonna Give You Up".
Lol one time I picked up my friends guitar at band practice and started playing that and then the drummer came in and our keyboardist started singing it. Then we pranked called someone and played it.super_smash_jesus said:I listen to the music on my zune pretty loud, and on the bus Gay Bar by electric 6 came on, and I think the person sitting next to me was laughing at it. I am not embarrassed about it, it was just an inappropriate song for the public transit system.
What is cool but your own definition, my friend?madbird-valiant said:Neo. It's time to stop living in a fantasy world.NeoDeath90 said:Yea, but I liked the song before it was cool, haha.
Rick Astley and his entire discography were never cool.
My ex-girlfriend put all four of those artists on a cd she would listen to on the bus every morning to school.Voodoo Child said:Well the most commen thing I hear in regards to my music taste is "For fuck's sake! We know you hate rap! STFU."
So it surprises people when they find "Low" by Flo Rida on my iPod.
I can't help it; it was forced upon us as our "Trip song" when we went to Greece and Italy for a school trip. We listened to it every morning for 3 weeks.
I make no excuses for LeAnn Rymes, Delta Goodrem, Shania Twain, or Ronan Keating being on my iPod though.
