It's RP. Upper middle class, public school-but-not-aristocracy. Generally associated with London and the South East, but not exclusive to it - more of a class accent than regional. Pretty good example of modern RP (as I call it), really

I'd call it a middle class southern English accent. Not working class but not extremely upper either. Pretty standard really.
