Narf narf.

Isn't he supposed to be retired? I'm going to watch his Jonathan Woss interview on YouTube, brb.

EDIT: Apparently, there was rumours in 2005 that he retired, after a gig in Ireland, no less. But he "lashed out" against them, according to Google. I retract my previous statement.

See, that's what I thought.

Oh, well I predict it's for the most part crap with a decent and/or catchy song or two like his other albums.

... To answer your question however: No, no I haven't. Thus, I do not have an opinion about it.

Wow, eminem hasn't been shot/stabbed/mugged/raped yet? *applause*

To answer the question: No, I have not heard that song, and chances are I will not hear it because I stopped listening to Eminem back in about 2001.

Of all rap music I find Eminem's the least painful to listen to. He seems to be a parody of a rampant ego maniac rather than an actual egomaniac.

Yeah I caught that the other night, though I didn't have the sound up (on the phone).
I dunno man, I used to like eminem quite a bit but it's hard to take him seriously when he's sat there with that much foundation on.
It's probably just because I've grown out of that kind of music (I'm an old fucker at 29) and I can't help but think that mandatory retirement for rappers should be at 30 (Dre gets a pass).

The Marshall Mathers LP was the only stuff of his I liked. Personally I can't listen to rap, it drives me spare.

Nope, sorry but I hate rap. But I am sure I will be forced to listen to it, becasue everyone in my class loves him, and in art class we bring in cd's to listen to. So I think soon enough I will listen to him. That is, if I don't have my MP3 charged, if I do then it's all grand! I'l have some Motion City to help me through it!

I think a lot of people under-estimate Eminem, either due to only hearing his "funnier" stuff or the hardcore "B!tches and Hoes" style music. Rap isn't normally my thing, but I appreciate his music due to his skill with words.
Mosh [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HvVIAAmQGcI] is an example of his more serious, well written music.

I think I'll go get this new album.

That's the sort of music I normally listen to. Excited about the new album?

My copy's coming down from amazon at the moment. As you can see, we rap fans are few and far between. Nothing but crappy "metal" fans around here...

He took a break to get his life sorted out. He took a producing role in some of the stuff to come from the Aftermath camp, and then Proof got shot.

So in short- no, he didn't retire.

That is very ignorant of you.

Every person has a different taste.
Actually I'm asking, what do you like about it?
i just like the style, the stories behind the lyrics etc. i just think that he is a really good artist.
