I am not going to report you but I do believe using the forums to spam a game is verbotten. I small link and maybe a request for feedback is acceptable but this is a bit much.

As for some feedback you are going to have a hellish time trying to get licenses to use those songs.

I really don't see how this differentiates itself from all the other platformers on XBLA? Besides which, advertising your game with the words "XBLA" is pretty pretentious, unless of course you have a contract with Microsoft. Besides the rock-theme I see nothing particularly innovative...

Besides which, the rock theme only works when the game doesn't take itself to seriously...based on the opening it seems this might...people like Brutal Legend because it takes the rock theme and makes it comical. As for those that won't report - why? Its not like he's contributed anything to the community - this is probably just a message he is leaving around all forums to gain publicity for a game he claims won't be out until the end of 2010, and has been working on for 2 years. That's 4 years for a "potential XBLA game". Let's hope there are some features worth the wait.

So I saw what makes me think this is a side-scroller with some 'Guitar Hero/Rock Band' elements? So far things look good. I think as a small developer you will have a hard time licensing music, as the costs for those things tend to be a bit high.
