End Cutscene MUST HOLD BLADDER

It always seems to happen when im at the last cutscene of a game i really need to go to the toilet and you cant pause the cutscene. But you just want to know what happens and see the Climax to the end of a great game.

and then you rush to the toilet and think about the Climax on the toilet.

Have you ever held your bladder for a video game before? wether it be because of a end boss fight or a important part of the story have you done it?

Just...one...more...turn...

I usually get bladder issues midway through an exiting level, holding it as long as possible so I can just finish this exiting bit (and several exiting bits after that)

Yeah, I can't count the number of times I've pissed my pants when I was younger, just because I wanted to see the scene through.

That was years ago though, I have a better control of my bladder now.

Many, many times. Though not usually at the end of the game.

When I used to play WoW, every raid night there'd be a boss where I'd be dancing about like a madman just willing the fight to be over asap. It has to be said that nothing keeps you on your toes quite like needing the loo.

Last boss in Persona4: "I'll just finish off this boss then go, that way I can watch the true ending without having to worry about it."
Kill boss.
"OH SHI- Auto-advance is still on!"

This actually happened the first time I got to the True ending. I was pretty pissed.(pun intended)

Happens to me every time. I love the games that give you the option to pause

All the time, if I'm playing a good paced game I generally don't goto the bathroom until just before I goto sleep or until I have to leave the house/get food. Generally of the mind that if I do all the things that can int interrupt my gaming at the same time (food/bathroom/chores) then I don't have to worry about being interrupted for awhile.

I usually forget about all body functions (save breathing, moving my fingers and using my head) when gaming, it's only when I stop that it hits me that I'm freezing, hungry, need to go to the toilet, and need sleep.

Not quite, but I know what you mean. I always complete a Final Fantasy just a few minutes before I am meant to be leaving the house. Invariably, I will always be 20 minutes late!

I played Shadow of Colossus for many nights and I loved it. On the night I finally completed it there was a whole bunch of stuff going on outside and I had to go and check it out. I tried to keep watching but it just keep going and I couldn't stay. It really annoyed me because I loved the game but I never got to see the ending. I'll go back and play it again some day. Now that I think about it I could probably youtube it.

I don't get the bladder thing, but during plot-important moments i often have to deal with my mom shouting irritatingly and distractingly at me to pay attention/do my homework/ do something with my life.
Oh, worst part. Sometimes... The homework was already done.
:p

I get it most days and just try to power through but if I know some actual plot is going to happen I'll sacrifice immersion to take a piss. I don't want to be distracted when the story is unfolding.

The last cut-scene/credits of Killzone 3, thank god I watched to the end of the credits or I wouldn't have seen... *spoilers imputed here to preserve story*

Let's just say... there will be a Killzone 4 and I would bet my house on it.

Happens to me all the damn time. As I usually also sit through the credits of a game I enjoyed, it is even worse.

Other variations on the theme of not being able to enjoy the end of a game:
- Someone calls during the end cutscene (happened to me two out of four times playing Mass Effect)
- My mother is at my door and has something of great importance to tell me
