This is going to seem like an odd request but I've had this music in my head for oh, about four years maybe? I just really want to know what it is. It's been in plenty of ads, TV programs etc. but this is the only place I definitely remember seeing it (at about 01.10):


As you can see from the comments, there are others desperate for the name of this music.
Someone, Somewhere MUST know what it is!

Just to be clear, this isn't music from Doctor Who. It's been in lots of things (was flicking through channels and heard it used in some documentary about firefighting.)
But if these people you mention are just walking music encyclopedias then thank you for the tip!
