Welcome to the Entertainment Archives a post series where I review things that interest me, books films games whatever, and I shall be starting with a game from not so long ago.

SKYRIM the elder scrolls V.

Now I loved this game when It first came out In fact It was my game of the year at the time, but I was bored of my newer games so I decided to dig out the old thing downloaded the new DLC and see if It was as good as I remember the answer is kinda.

While still fun there was issues I never really noticed I forgot how short the bloody faction lines are in this game especially compared to its former game Oblivion, It took me 12 hours to complete the fighters guild and compare that to the 8 hours it took to complete the Companions guild and the problems do emerge.

Now the Combat was indeed a massive improvement It was nice to duel wield magic spells I was disappointed with the lack of spell weaving, imagine being able to mix Ice and fire in a single blast or does that sound a bit to fabley (if that's even a word).

The favorites menu was also a great addition making it easy to switch spells and to my sword and unlike the hot bar in Oblivion there was no limit.

However there are many flaws in this game I over looked at the time none of the characters are any fun at all and are boring. the dragonborn itself is guilty of this never speaking a single word, I know its for immersions sake but after Mass Effect I can not accept this excuse anymore.

also the side quests and world feel kinda lifeless I found the only reason to do them was out of boredom and more bloody money, oh yea that's another flaw at time of writing my Dragonborn has over 200 grand and nothing to spend it on, Training is a lost cause because like an Idiot I abused the oghma infinium Glitch I know its been patched but still I'm an Idiot for using it.

Even to this Day the game has its fair share of bugs nothing game breaking anymore but still very annoying like Mannequins changing the Armour I put on them weapon racks failing to hold the weapons and Dragons still fail to give me the fucking soul when all of these where in the base game not fixing them is a giant mistake On Bethesda's part.

So to sum up Its still very enjoyable but the flaws are still there I suggest It if you haven't played it but lets face it almost every one played this Chipped gem of a game.

Ok hope you enjoyed reading post any criticisms and what you think I should review next.

I think you should review the rest of the Elder Scrolls, partly because I want to see a look on Morrowind today. =D

I think your review is fine, but you could have elaborated your points a little. This seemed to be a fast dirty review rather than a proper review, but that can slide as that's it's purpose. That's really it from me. :)
